Return policy:


Eligible items may be returned for store credit onlyno exceptions. The return window is 14 days from the date that you received the package.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached (if applicable). 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. Delirious Boutique is unable to accept returns for lost packages without proof of postage or tracking.

Once your package has been delivered back to us, Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and a store credit to be applied.

 

 We will not accept returns for final sale items, no exceptions.

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for store credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

Our goal is to make the return process as quick and easy as possible so please contact us if you need help returning! 
    • If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package.
    • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
